Allow us to introduce you to Providens Sanitary Pads, a company born not only in our hearts but always in God’s heart. When God created women, He endowed them with inherent worth, dignity, and purpose. Women have the right to education, occupation, and to be treated with respect. Unfortunately, poverty often robs many women of these rights.
God created women with the miraculous function of menstruation, a natural and vital process indicating health, beauty, fertility, and the proper functioning of the female body according to His plan. Yet, due to poverty, 7 million South African women are losing their dignity on a daily basis. They are ashamed because they lack access to sanitary pads.

Our Mission
At Providens Sanitary Pads, we are driven by a shared passion to make a meaningful difference in the lives of these women. Our ultimate goal is to establish our own plant to manufacture pads for women without access. Currently, we are in the process of developing a comprehensive business plan to address this need initially on a small scale, with plans to expand gradually. However, we recognize the challenges posed by the expensive nature of this product and manufacturing in South Africa, with our high labor costs.

Our Plans
Our plan involves manufacturing and importing products specifically designed to meet the needs of women. Our distribution will begin in schools, where we will provide pads free of charge to girls who lack access. Our product packaging will be clearly marked as not for sale to prevent resale and ensure that it reaches those who need it most. We urge you to get involved and help us make a positive impact on the lives of women in South Africa.
We’re in the early stages of introducing our product to the market, and we need your help! We want to empower women by offering access to high-quality, eco-friendly products, and your feedback is invaluable in shaping our journey. Our closest competitor sells a pack of 10 pads for R149, while we’re offering biodegradable bamboo pads in boxes of 10 for just R35. We can also do bulk, 192 pads in a box without any branding but still the same product for only R480 per box making it R2,50 per pad (conditions apply). Not only are we the most affordable option on the market, but our products maintain the same quality as other premium bamboo brands.
